FBT served as chapter 11 counsel in the cases of Petro Acquisitions, Inc. and its 88 affiliated entities. Petro Acquisitions and its affiliates owned and served as franchisor for over 150 AmeriStop convenience stores in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and Virginia. The chapter 11 cases are pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio (Cincinnati).
