Tommy has experience in cases involving breach of contract, business torts and general commercial litigation, securities and blue sky litigation, creditor-debtor litigation and collection matters, commercial real estate litigation, and trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation. He also has significant experience handling arbitration proceedings.
Prior to joining the firm, Tommy was a law clerk for Judge Joy Flowers Conti in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. During his clerkship, Tommy assisted with all aspects of the court’s docket and obtained substantial experience with complex civil matters.
Tommy attended law school at the University of Notre Dame, where he was Managing Submissions Editor of the Notre Dame Law Review. He was a teaching assistant and tutor for courses on criminal law and constitutional law.  Tommy was a summer associate at Frost Brown Todd in 2010. During Summer 2009, he interned for Judge Denise Clayton on the Kentucky Court of Appeals.
