Tessa represents employers in all aspects of employment law. She litigates and advises clients on matters involving wrongful terminations, employment discrimination, wage and hour law, non-competition agreements, trade secrets, and OSHA. Tessa also proactively assists clients with issues such as contract disputes, disciplinary matters, terminations, and other personnel policies and concerns.
Originally from West Chester, Ohio, Tessa earned her B.A. in political science and Spanish from The Ohio State University. She then moved to St. Louis where she earned her Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law. Tessa is dedicated to giving back to the Cincinnati community as a member of the Board of Girls on the Run Greater Cincinnati and the ArtsWave Young Professionals Committee.
