Simon focuses on litigation matters, including contractual disputes, business torts and arbitration. He assists clients in bringing international commercial arbitration actions, prosecuting and defending U.S.-based breach of contract claims, conducting and responding to civil discovery, and preparing for trial-level and appellate civil suits. Simon graduated from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in 2017, where he participated in the Children and Family Justice Center of the Bluhm Legal Clinic, helping clients petition for asylum.
Simon was a Summer Associate at Frost Brown Todd in Summer 2016. He worked as a part-time law clerk at Stowell & Friedman, Ltd., in Chicago, IL, a Plaintiff’s side employment civil rights firm, during his 3L year. Prior to law school, he was an associate consultant at Bain & Company, Inc. for two years in Boston, MA, where he conducted strategic due diligences, expert interviews and advised private equity firms on potential acquisitions.
Simon was born in Minsk, Belarus, and immigrated to the U.S. in the early 1990’s.
