Biography

Ray serves as the director of practice services for all litigation practice areas within Frost Brown Todd (FBT) across the firm’s footprint. He has over 20 years of combined business leadership and legal experience in service industries, including nearly 10 years in practice group management. Ray supports the litigation department chairperson, all of the department’s practice group leaders, and senior leadership in areas including strategic planning, budgeting, financial analysis, resource planning and management, and performance management. Ray’s mission is to help and guide attorneys and business professionals to enhance firm performance and help drive profitable revenue through all areas that touch FBT legal practices. Prior to joining FBT Ray has served in various leadership roles including vice president of Business Administration, general counsel, and private practice attorney. Ray earned an MBA at Thomas More University and a JD at Northern Kentucky University. He is a past member of the Finance Committee and Wellness Committee.
