Patricia focuses her practice in both Commercial and Residential Real Estate, she brings extensive experience in overseeing property acquisitions, managing legal processes, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. She specializes in preparing and reviewing real estate purchase and sale agreements and closing documents, title analysis and resolution, survey analysis, easement creation and termination to ensure the successful navigation of complex real estate transactions.

She is adept at preparing and reviewing legal entity documents for LLCs, corporations, and partnerships, as well as estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and living wills, guiding clients through every step of the process.
