Nicole is an associate in the Business Combinations and Capital Transactions Practice Group, focusing on securities compliance, business combinations, and corporate governance matters.

During her time in law school, Nicole participated in the Washington University Law Entrepreneurship Clinic, where she advised startups and public interest entities on a variety of issues, including formation and corporate governance matters.
