Biography

Nathan’s practice is concentrated on assisting public and private companies with general business and corporate issues, acquisitions and divestitures, and other strategic transactions. Nathan frequently works with financial institutions regarding regulatory issues and intra and interstate reorganizations and acquisitions. In addition, his bank regulatory practice includes the review, analysis and negotiation of various agreements and regulatory enforcement actions for financial institutions. Nathan has experience assisting companies with organizational, financing and capital raising activities, and with the drafting and negotiation of strategic business agreements. He has worked with public companies regarding acquisitions and divestitures, financing transactions and SEC filings and reports.
