Biography

Peggy is an immigration lawyer and member of our Health Care Innovation and Mobility and Transportation industry teams. She leads the firm’s Immigration Group. Her practice primarily centers around the healthcare, manufacturing, and transportation industry and focuses on employment-based immigration which includes temporary visas, green cards, I-9 compliance, and work site enforcement issues. Peggy’s immigration practice includes working with employers to:

  • Improve the timeframe for obtaining intracompany transfers by applying for and using a Blanket L
  • Resolve I-9 and E-Verify compliance issues.
  • Create immigration policies and procedures for sponsorship and travel.

Prior to joining the firm, she practiced at boutique immigration law firms in Cincinnati and Washington, D.C.
