Biography

Lindsay Contreras focuses her practice in Business Litigation, having independently handled litigation matters and with substantial experience drafting legal memorandums, responses to discovery, demand letters, pleadings, dispositive motions, and more. Lindsay has represented international clients, local and national businesses, and individuals as both plaintiffs and defendants. She has participated in inspection appearances, hearings, depositions, mediations, trial preparation, and ensuing trials. Prior to and during law school, Lindsay worked for many years in civil litigation.

Additionally, Lindsay handles commercial real estate matters including leasing, land acquisitions, and has further experience in corporate document preparation.
