Kirby is a corporate lawyer and appellate litigator at Frost Brown Todd.  His practice is principally concentrated on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. He also practices appellate litigation before state and federal courts of appeals.
Kirby is a graduate of Harvard Law School, where he was a member of Harvard Defenders and the Harvard Association for Law and Business. He received his undergraduate degree in economics and business from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California.
