Biography

Katharine assists businesses of all sizes – from large corporations to small business owners to local governments to charter schools – in solving business disputes with respect to contracts, insurance coverage, real property, environmental challenges, and organizational and governance issues.

Katharine is a Nashville native who joined the firm in 2017. She previously worked in Nashville for the Honorable Judge Joe B. Brown, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, and for the public relations firm McNeely Piggot and Fox.

While in law school, Katharine served as director of outreach for the Protective Order Project, helping domestic violence survivors obtain civil protective orders. She was also the senior managing editor for the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies.
