Biography

Jeremey represents plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of general business and commercial ligation matters including breach of contract, real property disputes, premises liability, and insurance defense. He has successfully handled claims in all phases of litigation, from drafting and responding to initial complaints, to briefing and arguing cases before the Court of Appeals.

In his health care practice, Jeremey represents clients before health care related boards, including the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners and the Tennessee Board of Nursing. He has experience representing individual physicians, nurses, and nurse practitioners in all phases of the process from initial interviews and investigations to hearings before the full Board of Medical Examiners.

Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Jeremey was an associate at a health care defense firm in Knoxville, Tennessee. His practice focused on defending healthcare providers and corporations in malpractice lawsuits, federal civil rights and correctional healthcare defense, and general civil litigation.

Born in Princeton, West Virginia and raised in Savannah, Georgia, Jeremey served as an editor for the Mississippi Law Journal while in law school.
