Biography

Jennifer represents a wide variety of clients in matters involving planning and zoning issues, public records and open meetings matters, annexation, public contracts, competitive bidding and construction issues. Jennifer also practices in the area of municipal finance, including negotiating economic development agreements and other public-private partnerships.

Jennifer serves as the law director for the City of Dublin where she represents the City in all facets of municipal law with an emphasis on development and land use matters. She is a frequent speaker for the Ohio Municipal Attorneys Association and the Ohio Municipal League.
