Jenni has a wide range of experience in land acquisition and development as well as due diligence matters including: title and survey review; commercial closings, contract drafting and negotiation easements, lease drafting, zoning, subdivision and site plan approval as well as environmental investigations with respect to real estate transactions. She also has experience in site development; residential mortgage lending and home owners’ associations. Her diligent and detail-oriented skills make her a highly sought after attorney.

Jenni has worked for organizations such as Anchor Properties, Inc., a commercial developer and residential homebuilders Ryland Homes and Zaring Homes.   She has experience in the acquisition of large undeveloped tracts of land as well as multi-parcel sites for redevelopment from residential or other existing use to new retail construction.
