Jeff helps clients with all aspects of patent prosecution in a wide range of technologies, including mechanical and medical devices, construction components, industrial equipment, and electrical components. In addition to his work in the patent arena, Jeff is also heavily involved in drafting and negotiating various types of agreements that cover all types of IP, including nondisclosure/confidentiality agreements, software development agreements, joint development agreements, IP licenses and IP purchase agreements. He also enjoys collaborating with our corporate attorneys by handling various aspects of IP related due diligence for corporate transactions.
