Biography

Emily’s practice focuses on corporate matters for international and U.S.-based businesses, including business formation, day-to-day corporate matters, commercial matters, and mergers and acquisitions. She grew up in both the U.S. and Japan, and is fully bilingual in English and Japanese. Civically, she works with the Tri-State International Education Fund, Inc. (TSIEFI) in support of the Japanese Language School of Greater Cincinnati. She is also an active member of the Japan America Society of Greater Cincinnati.

Emily received her bachelor’s degree from Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio and completed the General Course at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in London, U.K. She joined Frost Brown Todd in 2019 after graduating from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana, and working at Masuda, Funai, Eifert, & Mitchell in Chicago, Illinois, as a summer associate.
