Biography

Dan’s practice involves transactional federal, state and international tax planning. His practice is a broad-based practice involving corporate, partnership, trust and individual tax planning; tax aspects of both public and private securities offerings including REMICs, asset backed securities, oil and gas, real estate, private equity and off shore funds; inbound and outbound foreign investment; executive compensation charitable organizations (including private foundations); and federal and state tax controversy work (administrative and judicial). In addition, Dan advises clients regarding wealth planning, including wills and trusts, charitable giving strategies, family limited partnerships, foundations as well as trust and estate matters.
