Biography

Caylee is a dedicated attorney in the Business Litigation group. She brings a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence to her practice, shaped by her background as a former NCAA Division I and III student-athlete.  Caylee’s practice consists of a broad range of commercial and civil litigation matters, including secured transactions, contract disputes, and real estate issues. She also has litigation experience with personal injury, premises liability, and Indiana environmental regulations.

As an Associate, Caylee has already gained valuable experience across multiple legal domains. She served as second chair in a pro bono federal trial in the Southern District of Indiana, where she honed her strong skills in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy. Her foundation in environmental law is well-established through her prior work and service in the Office of Legal Counsel at the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM). Additionally, during her time at the NCAA national office, Caylee supported both the Academic and Membership Affairs team and the Infractions Appeals Committee, further broadening her legal expertise.

Caylee earned her J.D. and Graduate Certificate in Natural Resources and Environmental Law from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. While in law school, Caylee swam on the Division I swim team during her first year, served on the executive board of the Environmental Law Society, and competed in the National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
