Biography

Brittany specializes in the representation of startup and emerging companies at all stages of growth, from formation and corporate governance matters, through exit transactions, including early and late stage financings and liquidity events. Her practice focuses on general corporate counseling, commercial contracts, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. Brittany represents clients across a broad spectrum of industries, including technology, automotive, mobility, consumer products and manufacturing.

Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Brittany was an associate at Pepper Hamilton, where she represented public and private companies, in transactions including mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions, and investment transactions. Previously, she was an associate with Bodman PLC in Detroit.
