Biography

Ben’s practice focuses on Product Liability and Tort and Insurance litigation. He earned his J.D. cum laude from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he served as Executive Articles Editor of the Indiana Law Review. Ben was also named to the Order of the Barristers for his performance in McKinney’s Intramural Moot Court Competition, after which he served as an Associate Justice on the competition’s board. Ben worked as a summer associate for the firm in 2019 and has also served as a legal intern for Judge Michael Keele in the Marion County Superior Court.
