Austin is a business litigation associate in Frost Brown Todd’s Denver office, where he represents clients across a wide range of industries, including oil and gas, finance, and manufacturing. Licensed in Texas and Colorado, his growing practice includes experience on both sides of commercial disputes, from prosecuting claims to defending against high-stakes allegations.
Austin has played a key role in securing favorable outcomes for clients—whether through obtaining substantial awards or by crafting effective defense strategies that mitigate risk and protect business interests. He is adept at managing matters through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation, and brings a practical, results-driven approach to each case.
Known for his attention to detail and strong advocacy, Austin is a trusted member of litigation teams handling matters ranging from breach of contract to business torts.
Prior to his legal pursuits, Austin lived in Los Angeles and Switzerland, where he worked as a fashion and portrait photographer and digital retoucher. He still enjoys taking his camera up to the mountains to capture Colorado’s breathtaking views.
