April Fulton has 34 years of law firm experience. She has spent 24 years as a paralegal in the public finance practice area assisting bond attorneys in general obligation, revenue and conduit financings, drafting documents, preparing disclosure statements, document management and closing preparation and continuing disclosure matters.

April’s law firm experience includes database management, document automation and practice development efforts. Her qualifications include time with a law-firm related healthcare consulting company where she held the position of Business Relations Manager as well as over ten years as an executive assistant to CEO’s of real estate development organizations.

April completed the Certified Legal Assistant program at Capital University.
