Tony has extensive experience in representing law enforcement agencies, schools and other municipal entities, as well as private companies. He is an experienced litigation attorney with dozens of jury and bench trials in federal and state court with substantive concentration in labor, employment discrimination, general litigation and constitutional law. He represents merit boards and has prosecuted discipline cases for police and sheriff’s departments. As part of his representation of local governments, he has negotiated collective bargaining agreements with public sector unions and has managed public relations strategies relating to those negotiations.
