Amanda’s practice is heavily concentrated in representing lenders in connection with commercial real estate and capital markets transactions. Her clients include CMBS lenders that originate commercial mortgage loans nationwide.
Amanda is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and Davidson College, where she graduated cum laude. From 2003 through 2012, Amanda worked in the project and infrastructure finance group of Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP in New York City and Washington, D.C. representing borrowers and lenders in domestic and international transactions, including industrial, power and public-private partnership (P3) infrastructure projects.
