Adam focuses his practice on defense of catastrophic losses and complex tort litigation, including product liability, fire & explosion litigation, construction litigation, invasion of privacy, and data security litigation. Adam has been admitted on examination to practice in Indiana, Kentucky, and Illinois. His jury trial experience includes wrongful death, commercial trucking, and commercial foodborne illness cases. Adam also has experience successfully defending class action litigation. Adam has been recognized by his peers in the Indiana State Bar Association as the recipient of the 2019 Outstanding Young Lawyer Award. A frequent presenter on issues in cyber liability and data security litigation, Adam was invited by the Indiana Office of Technology to join the Indiana Governor’s Executive Council on Cybersecurity, where he currently serves as an Advisory Member.
Served as defense trial counsel for landholding company in wrongful death jury trial.
Served as defense trial counsel for national restauranteur in alleged foodborne illness jury trial.
Served as defense trial counsel for waste management company in two jury trials involving collisions with commercial vehicles.
Denial of summary judgment reversed on appeal in published opinion in wrongful death case arising from exposure to brain-eating amoeba.
Successfully secured pre-suit release with waiver of subrogation of managed IT services provider in customer’s claim involving ransomware attack.
