Mills et. al. v. Lafarge

Ed and Melissa Mills and several other residents of Silver Grove, Kentucky sued Lafarge for alleged health impacts and property damage arising from dust allegedly created by Lafarge’s manufacturing process. The plaintiffs also alleged that Lafarge was in violation of the federal Clean Air Act. The FBT team filed a motion to dismiss the Clean Air Act claims. Many of the plaintiffs voluntarily dismissed their case. Judge Bertelsman dismissed the remaining plaintiffs.
