Michael Brewster, managing associate with Frost Brown Todd (FBT) in Pittsburgh, has been selected for inclusion in the 2016 edition of Pennsylvania Rising Stars®. Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers for their high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.
As a member of FBT’s Finance and Real Estate practice group, Brewster negotiates and drafts documents for a wide variety of commercial transactions. Focusing on the energy and utilities industries, he has extensive experience representing oil and gas operators in various transactional matters, including financing, acquisitions, due diligence projects and many other facets of day-to-day operations. Brewster is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and Ohio. He has been included in Pennsylvania Rising Stars® each consecutive year since 2013, and was selected for inclusion in “Who’s Who in Energy” by Pittsburgh Business Times in 2014 and 2015.
