Joins firm’s Real Estate practice group
Frost Brown Todd’s (FBT) Charleston, WV office has expanded its real estate practice with the addition of Member Steve Condaras, a dedicated real estate and title attorney. Condaras focuses his work on mineral and commercial development. His diverse real estate practice includes financing, leasing, mineral and commercial property acquisitions, title insurance and commercial development. He also advises clients on general property matters and contract disputes.
“Steve’s addition continues our efforts to diversify FBT’s Charleston practice,” said Charleston Member-in-Charge Carte Goodwin. “Steve’s practice is an important step in building a foundation to make our firm one of the premier financing, development and tax groups in West Virginia.”
Condaras is a graduate of West Virginia University College of Law and has his undergraduate degree in accounting. He is an active member of St. John Greek Orthodox Church and has served on the board of directors for the year-round non-profit farmer’s market Capitol Market, where he is also a past president.
