Mary Irozuru has joined the Dallas office of Frost Brown Todd (FBT) as a senior associate in the firm’s Regulated Business practice group. Irozuru, formerly with Winstead PC, provides legal counsel on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters to clients across a number of industries, including auto, aviation, health care, manufacturing, technology and financial services.

Irozuru earned her undergraduate degree at New York University and her J.D. at the Columbia University School of Law. She studied abroad on several occasions and completed legal internships in Johannesburg, South Africa, and Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Irozuru has been selected to the Texas Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers annually since 2014 and was included in the 2013 Lawyers of Color “Hot List,” recognizing early- to mid-career minority attorneys who excel in the legal profession. She is a fellow of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers (DAYL) Foundation.
