In June, 2004, Frost Brown Todd successfully defended Palmer & Cay and Kendall Empey in a suit filed by Empey’s former employer, Marsh U.S.A., alleging breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of duty as an employee, and unfair competition.
Extent of Injuries: At trial, Marsh U.S.A. sought damages in excess of $10 million dollars.
