Former female police officer alleged discrimination when she was not reinstated to her position. The county had reinstated five men–but denied reinstatement to one man, and to the female plaintiff. FBT mediated the matter, and offered the plaintiff reinstatement and $60,000, which she declined. FBT then moved for summary judgment.
