We represent a manufacturer of isocynate containing products used in various applications in underground coal mines. The product is used to glue unstable top or rib in the mines and for other purposes primarily having to do with ventilation control. It is alleged that the isocyanate in the product can cause occupational asthma thru inhalation or dermal contact. We are contesting these cases as to causation, exposure, warnings, intervening cause issues.
