In the Fall of 2007, Tag Holdings/The Apparel Group, Ltd. discharged Vice President of Human Resources, Donna Hiemer for openly criticizing and second-guessing the Company’s decision to relocate its Louisville operations to Texas. Hiemer filed a Charge of Discrimination with the EEOC alleging that Tag Holdings/The Apparel Group discharged her because of her race and sex.
