Frost Brown Todd (FBT) is pleased to announce that James (Jim) Dietz, formerly with DBL Law, has joined the firm’s Regulated Business Practice and Florence office.
Dietz provides an array of legal services to hospitals, physicians, long-term care providers, diagnostic facilities and others across the spectrum of patient care. With more than 20 years of legal experience, he advises clients on contractual, regulatory and general corporate matters, including managed care, employment and vendor contracts, physician recruitment, anti-kickback, Stark, and general regulatory compliance. He also advises on Medicare and Medicaid issues, as well as governance structures, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions. He is a frequent speaker and writer on managed care, Stark law and other health care topics.
Dietz earned his J.D. at Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 1995 and his B.A. at NKU in 1992.
