Frost Brown Todd (FBT) is pleased to announce that Cincinnati Member Ali Razzaghi has been selected as a Fellow for the 2016 class of Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD). The program, which is national in scope, seeks to identify, train and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession. Razzaghi is joining a select group of experienced attorneys from diverse backgrounds, all of whom all have been recognized for their potential as leaders in their organizations.
“I am honored to have been selected for the 2016 LCLD Fellows Program,” says Razzaghi. “I am excited to participate in a program nationally committed to expanding the role of diversity in the legal industry. I look forward to working collaboratively with other legal professionals throughout the country in creating a more diverse and inclusive legal community, while at the same time forging new relationships and broadening my own personal development as a lawyer.”
Former LCLD Fellows from Frost Brown Todd include Richard Moore (Cincinnati), Kimera Hall (Dallas) and Jason Williams (Louisville).
Founded in 2009, LCLD is a growing organization of more than 240 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners, who are personally committed to creating a truly diverse legal profession. As one of LCLD’s most important initiatives, the Fellows Program has trained more than 800 mid-career attorneys since 2011. According to LCLD President Robert J. Grey, Jr., the Fellows Program offers participants “an extraordinary rich year of relationship-building, in-person training, peer-group projects and extensive contact with LCLD’s top leadership.” For more information, visit www.lcldnet.org.
