Frost Brown Todd (FBT) has been named a Client Service Trailblazer in the BTI Client Service A-Team 2025 report. FBT is one of only 55 law firms nationwide to earn the Client Service Trailblazer distinction and is among 260 firms recognized overall for outstanding client service.

BTI’s Client Service Trailblazer category highlights firms that are at the “leading edge of client service” and are “best at turning chaos into solutions for clients and new business for themselves,” according to BTI.

Rankings are based solely on direct feedback from corporate counsel and top legal decision-makers at large organizations. The 2025 research cycle identified 17 activities that drive superior client relationships, including understanding the client’s business, acting quickly, and fielding the best team.
