Frost Brown Todd’s (FBT) Indianapolis office welcomes Member Rebecca Loeffler to its Labor and Employment practice group. Loeffler joins from a national labor and employment firm. She previously served as Section Chief of Government Litigation in the Office of the Indiana Attorney General. An experienced trial litigator, Loeffler represents private and public employers in state and federal court as well as before arbitrators and administrative boards. She assists employers during collective bargaining and counsels throughout the grievance process to and including arbitration.
“We’re thrilled to add Rebecca to our group of labor and employment attorneys in our Indianapolis office,” said FBT Labor and Employment practice group leader Jeff Lindemann. “She not only understands private-sector labor and employment issues—she brings a unique perspective for the public sector courtesy of her work with the Office of the Indiana Attorney General. That understanding of the state administrative process is an asset to our clients.”
Loeffler is a graduate of Valparaiso University School of Law, Purdue University, and Mount St. Joseph University.
