Frost Brown Todd (FBT) is growing its Pittsburgh office with the addition of Members Jordan Blask and Jillian Nolan Snider. Both will join the firm’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice. Blask and Snider previously practiced together at Tucker Arensberg where Blask founded and chaired the firm’s Comprehensive Compliance Program to address the needs of the firm’s financial institution clients. Snider has experience working at boutique bankruptcy and creditor’s rights law firms as well as one of the largest title insurance groups in the U.S.

Blask brings a deep and diverse restructuring and transactional practice guiding public and private entities as they deal with distressed credit and financial restructuring situations. He has represented businesses in the finance, energy, technology and manufacturing industries in major bankruptcy cases both locally and nationally. Â He also regularly serves as outside general counsel to various non-profit institutions. Blask is a Super Lawyers Rising Star and a Best Lawyer in America. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York and New Jersey.
Snider concentrates on the representation of financial institutions, private lenders, trade creditors, landlords, Chapter 11 debtors and creditor committees. Jillian has a bankruptcy, foreclosure and creditor’s rights based litigation practice where she frequently represents her clients in both the state and federal courts. Jillian is an active member of the Pittsburgh legal community and sits on the boards of both the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation and the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association. She is fluent in Spanish, a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer and graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and Duquesne University School of Law.
