A decision by United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit on October 24, 2008.  FBT represented a financial institution in an important decision regarding the pricing of foreign currency exchanges.  We obtained summary judgment for this financial institution that was affirmed on appeal.  Brief written by Darren Craig; case argued in 7th Circuit by Alan Brown.
