Brown Todd initiated an involuntary bankruptcy proceeding against Sommet to stop the ongoing fraud, and was then chosen as counsel by the Trustee to unwind the fraud.  Sommet was the former name-sponsor of the major sports arena in Nashville, Tennessee, and the case has received substantial press nationally as well as in the Nashville market, including two front page stories in The Tennessean and numerous additional stories in the Business Journal and Post.
