Best Practices for DEI and Employment Law

September 11, 2024 12:00 pm EST Free Webinar

Even with the best of intentions, many employers can find it challenging to implement successful diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs. Please join FBT attorneys Anne Duprey and Jessica Sexton as they share best practices and innovative ideas for partnership between DEI teams, Human Resources professionals, and in-house and outside counsel.

Attendees will learn methods to set themselves up for success with DEI programs, as well as ensure that they are complying with laws that may impact DEI, such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and other federal and state laws.
