This case arises out of an incident at an abandon school property in Bell County, Kentucky. One (1) Plaintiff was killed and two (2) others were seriously injured when they came in contact with an downed power line electrified with 7,200 volts. Plaintiffs are seeking amounts in excess of $30M.
We obtained summary judgment on all claims against our client. An appeal is pending.
