Kentucky Horse Racing Authority Race Day Rules
FBT successfully defended emergency regulations promulgated by the KY Horse Racing Authority which tightened the rules regarding permissible race day medications at KY’s horse racing tracks. The rules were promulgated to ensure the integrity of KY’s signature industry and to protect horse and rider.
