Plaintiffs, two current employees of the company, filed suit alleging supervisory hostile work environment, sexual harassment and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The Federal District Court granted summary judgment to the employer as to all claims asserted by both plaintiffs. The plaintiffs appealed dismissal of their harassment claims.
