Chemical Manufacturing: Defense of Toxic Tort Actions

Representation of one of the largest chemical manufacturing companies in the world, in an air pollution toxic tort action brought by a local citizen’s group in Hamilton County, Ohio Court of Common Pleas. The citizens dismissed the client from the case, with prejudice, even though the client contributed nothing to the settlement amount agreed upon by its co-defendant, a German chemical company.
