Applicance Manufacturer – Confidential

Before American Arbitration Association, decided in March, 2009–FBT represented an appliance manufacturer in a suit brought by a supplier claiming improper termination of a supply agreement.  The result was an award to the supplier of approximately 10% of the amount sought.  The matter was tried by Nelson Alexander and Alan Brown.
