Nicole is a Corporate Law paralegal with 15 years of experience. She has worked in both law firms and corporate legal departments. After spending the past eight years working as an in-house paralegal for a large, publicly traded health care corporation and a privately held, premier group purchasing organization in Franklin, Tennessee, Nicole returns to private practice with a sound understanding of how expertly handling legal and compliance matters are integral to the success of a business. Nicole has assisted corporate counsel and senior management in both day-to-day operational matters and long-term, strategic transactions across the United States.

Assisted attorneys in investigating and reporting compliance concerns and coordinating certain compliance projects/programs

Contracting, including drafting and review of non-disclosure agreements, master services agreements, real property leases and related documents, amendments, notices, and demand letters in accordance with corporate compliance and risk standards, as well as coordinating review and approval of business stakeholders and administering contract management system.
