Mosmi was in-house for a premiere commercial real estate developer, owner, and manager with $5 billion in assets, including 49 hotels located throughout the United States prior to joining the firm. She supported hotel acquisition, disposition, ownership, development, financing, restructuring, and management deals.

In-house associate counsel for hotel manager, developer, and owner

Drafted and negotiated hotel management agreements on behalf of manager and owner

Reviewed title commitments including underlying exceptions and requirements, pro forma owner policy, and owner affidavits for acquisition and financing of hotel properties

Developed, implemented, and managed in-house legal review of standard hotel agreements, master service agreements, equipment financing, and non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements
