Assisted with The Buccini/Pollin Group’s acquisition and financing of the Renaissance Baltimore Harbor Place, Philadelphia Marriott Old City, DoubleTree by Hilton New York Downtown, Hilton Melbourne Rialto Place hotels

In-house associate counsel for hotel manager, developer, and owner

Drafted and negotiated hotel management agreements on behalf of manager and owner

Reviewed title commitments including underlying exceptions and requirements, pro forma owner policy, and owner affidavits for acquisition and financing of hotel properties

Developed, implemented, and managed in-house legal review of standard hotel agreements, master service agreements, equipment financing, and non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements
