Biography

Kelly has over twenty years of law firm experience with Frost Brown Todd LLC. Since joining the firm, she has been assigned to assist on patent, trademark and copyright infringement matters before U.S. District Courts around the country and the Appeals Court for the Federal Circuit. She has also been assigned and assisted on various litigation matters at State and Federal Court levels, including: anti-trust litigations; non-compete contractual disputes; multi-district litigations; product liability cases with a focus on drugs and devices; and debt collection matters. Kelly is knowledgeable in many areas of general litigation and also experienced in many aspects of discovery, trial preparation and trial work with an emphasis on computer aided discovery and presentation work in a courtroom setting.  She also has vast knowledge of identifying and collecting prior art references for U.S. patent applications, preparing sequence listings and drawing figures for filing in the U.S. and abroad.
